Tibebe Woldemariam, Ph.D. is Assistant Professor, Medicinal Chemistry, at California Northstate University College of Pharmacy. He received his B.S. degree in Pharmacy and his Ph.D. degree on Natural Products Chemistry/Pharmaceutical Chemistry from the University of Bradford, England.
Dr. Woldemariam is a registered pharmacist in California and Nevada.
After receiving his doctoral degree, he worked as a postdoctoral and research fellow at University of Bradford and Chelsea King’s College London, England, respectively.
In addition to teaching experience in pharmacy, Dr. Woldemariam had extensive hands-on drug discovery research experience involving natural products chemistry, separation science and analytical technologies and has more than 18 publications in the natural products drug discovery literature.
