Dr. Carroll has been practicing pharmacy for 22 years. He has significant experience in practice settings that include: Long Term Care, Retail and Hospital. In theses settings, he has developed a wealth of knowledge in administrative, dispensing and clinical practice.
Dr. Carroll brings to CNUCOP the experience of owning two successful pharmacy businesses. For 17 years, he has owned a pharmacist staffing agency which currently serves Northern California. Additionally, for 6 years he was CEO and co-owner of a large pharmacy which serves those affected with severe mental illness as well as residents of Assisted Living Facilities.
Over his 19 years in Sacramento, Dr. Carroll has served on countless hours in professional community service including presiding as Past President of Sacramento Valley Pharmacists Association and active member of California Pharmacists Association as well as others. During this time, Dr. Carroll has operated a successful pharmacy business consulting practice. Additionally, he has spoken at nationally pharmacy meetings in the areas of pharmacy business management and technology.
